Wok and Roll in Minneapolis

I fly Southwest out of Hubert Humphrey terminal 2 all the time. The people are unfailingly nice and helpful. The airport is clean and easy to get around.

Nothing real good or bad. Some of the maps aren't as good as they could be. Clean enough restrooms. Lots of shops not open, probably due to the virus.

Clean and quiet. MSP airport is very easy to navigate.

I used to think our airport was bad, intell I saw other airports and honestly ours is defiantly one of the better ones. Usually quite clean, good places to eat, shop, extra. Overall 10/10 as airports go.

Smooth. There was no wait going through security during COVID.

Rental car return could use better directional signage. Everything else was great, good job to operational staff.

This might be one of the best airports in the country - very clean, modern, and efficient on all levels.

If you can get past the construction with poorly signed detours (took me 30 minutes for an 8 minute trip), the poor signage in the airport and find your way to your gate, don't worry, there's more disappointment ahead. At 8 in the morning, in terminal E there are two bars open and nowhere to get a coffee. So, if you need some relaxation, don't worry. There's alcohol. The opportunity to get breakfast is extremely limited. The guy serving food at Qdoba doesn't wear a head covering and his mask is around his chin. It's $5 for a cold Dunkin coffee out of the vending machine. I was thankful to get on the plane and get out of here.

Well, I would give 5 stars to this airport, but I gave it 5 stars. When me and my dad fly to Florida, the people at the check in, when I hand my suit case to them, they almost always charge my dad twice for it. If that didn't happen, then I would rate it 5 stars!

Always a pleasant airport to visit, getting around is fairly easy.However, it would be nice, during these times when stores and restaurants are closed during otherwise normal operating hours, if they could identify the opened or closed status of restaurants and stores on the electronic kiosks.

SunCountry check was easy and friendly. Sending 16 & 14 grandchildren home to San Diego. Offered me (Grandmother) a pass to go down to stay with them until they boarded, before I even asked. Sun Country have used many times and will continue. Thanks

Been all over the world and this is one of the better airports. Has a lot of food options and an uncomplicated layout. Functional, but not particularly beautiful.

Nice airport with rental cars onsite. Rental cars require a couple of tram rides and some walking, but at least they are on-site.

Not very nice attendants in the Delta section if the airport. Also, the solar power outlets don't work very well. All of the ports are loose. I will find another airport to fly into, the next we need go to MN.

Mildly confusing to navigate, be sure to read the map carefully. The food court after the security check is pretty robust. Facilities are clean and look well maintained. Staff at the rental car place was friendly and down to earth. Overall one of the better airports I've had to visit.

It was ok. Hardly any food places were open. Service people were helpful. Nice to have a place for nursing mothers.

Delta staff was great! Thank you for taking care of my unaccompanied minors. They said you all were very nice to them. Thank you so much!!

Was really fast getting through security (probably because of covid). Quick boarding of our flight as well.

The airport is fantastic and easy to fly into or through to your destination. Food and restaurants are a bit limited right now, but that is to be expected. Same with shopping stores.

One of my favorite airports in the states. Its efficient and the natural lighting makes the stay enjoyable. A new facade is being built over the parking garage and it's a clean look. The amenities and food aren't outrageous and I think there's a decent selection too.

I don't fly very often to 1st impressions are vital! ... Nothing bad to say at all, clean, spacious, & offers a decent variety of food, the fact it's also a very helpful environment is a huge plus. Feel free to ask questions, they'll not only get taken serious but answered promptly.

This is a decent airport. My terminal had plenty of food and beverage choices, and once I got past TSA, there was access to multiple terminals in case I still couldn't find what I needed in mine. The bathrooms are clean and well built. Seating is very comfortable and there are plenty of charging stations. Definitely a fan.

The crew at baggage check-in were great! TSA Pre check smoothly as a whistle. Boarding a breeze!

Very well maintained. The best bathrooms I have ever seen. Beautiful and soothing music playing in the background to calm what could be a stressful time.

There's always room for improvement with U.S. airports but this beats Chicago O'Hare by a long mile. Decently clean and up to date-ish facility.

Had a great stay. It was very clean and swank. Many charger outlets and usb ports. Would come again.

Absolutely nothing bad to say; just a very word experience. The stores are closed. The place is relatively empty. It looks like it does at 11 pm but it was 3 in the afternoon.

Want to give a 5 star..i love the twin cities.. it's a cultural, artistic, lifestyle, pace-setting Town. However recent events demonstrate it has a long way to go with equality and justice. I hope, we will see corrections to that soon.

Delta flight attendant Sammy Hansen is the best of the best ever. The world needs more elegant people like her. She made my flying with Delta flight super fun & pleasant. May God bless her always!

It was great to see all the safety precautions they take. Very helpful at the door with my elderly mom and with all of us. Keep up the good work!

Unfortunately, I was here for far too long, but it was probably the best America has to offer in terms of airports (though sad by international standards). There are no beds or comfortable places to lie, but plenty of amenities and charging outlets and a solid beginning to an effective green initiative.

Not the worst airport I have been in. Not the best. The issues are the same. They treat you like cattle rather than the customer.

This airport is awful and impossible to get anywhere without asking someone. Signage is awful. Accessibility to proper info is non-existent. You simply cannot get anywhere with just using the signs. You won't get there! This place is not friendly to anyone.

Many fewer travelers but all staff were wearing masks, many less shops open but signs require patrons to have masks. Great instructions from Delta staff on ground and air. I was reassured from terminal through the flight and to my destination terminal. Thanks Delta!

The airport itself was smooth and efficient. TSA on the other hand, work my nerves to the fullest!!

It's an amazing place! I barely have been there but I know it's an amazing place! The trains are silent and the buses never make bumps! And nobody talks to you!

You're asking me to rate places that have been my standard, my idea of normal, for my whole life. This is hard to do. The Minneapolis airport is what it is. It's very well connected to public ground transportation which I like a lot.

Expansive airport, logistics is the best across, baggage offloading system is one of the most unique and of a kind! Overall, deserves the best airport rating that it has 3 years in a row!

This is probably the absolute best airports for traveling with a pet. As you leave the pet relief area you push a button and it washes down the AstroTurf. You can literally hear the water draining away. This one is located next to E concourse, behind the staircase. Conveniently located next to Men's and Women's bathrooms!

As always, the MSP airport is very clean, well maintained, and the signs are very easy to follow. Security is great and the workers/staff are friendly. I do a lot of traveling national and international but the MSP airport is by far my favorite. I wish more airports were like MSP.
